How long will it take to get my order?
Because we create and hand paint each order, our general turn around time is 6 to 8 weeks. However, there some times when many orders come in at once,so when we recieve your order we review it and send up an expected shipping date. If for any reason we have to extend it, we will let you know. This rarely happens, but there are times when we open the kiln and the piece you have ordered is just not up to our standards and we will want to make it again to be sure it is a ceramic confection we both can be proud of.

I would really like to give one of your ceramic confections as a gift, but I need it sooner than the 6 to 8 weeks, what can I do?
If you need something by a specific date let us know. It will depend on the confection you want, how soon you need it and our work load at that time. We reserve the right to charge a "rush" fee. Hey, it never hurts to ask - so contact us and we will see what we can do!

I orderd a piece with custom colors, how can I be sure you understand what I want?
Once an order is recieved we review it to make sure we understand what you want and we send you another copy for your review. Once we have your confirmation that all is correct, we get to work.

I ordered a personal inscription, what will it look like?
Personal Inscriptions are found on the botton of the piece. We hand letter in our own hand what you have requested. We do ask that you check all spellings as we can not be responsible for misspellings. If you would like an inscription on the face of the piece, contact us and we will be happy to discuss the possibilities.

I am interested in a ordering a lamp, what can I expect?
The lamp heights are approximate, please let us know if you have a specific need. All the lamp shades are unique to each lamp. We use different shpae shades, we look for unique lace and beaded fringe. We hand make the large ribbion roses, and have even been known to make the lace! Our lamps use a maximum 60 watt bulb. Please remember, any teapot can be made into a lamp, so if you see a teapot you like as a lamp, let us know!

Can I use the teapots?
Please do! All of our ceramic confections are food and water safe. Do not microwave. Hand wash only, dishwasher detergent is harsh and hard on the glazes. Handle carefully, many are fragile due to the hand made flowers & leaves.

I orderd a confection a while ago and I dropped it and broke it. Can I get another just like it?
Yes! Because it is created  and painted by hand it won't be exactly the same - no two confections are ever exactly alike. However, since we number each confection as we make it, all we have to do is go to our archives and look up the colors used on your confection. The only time we cannot do another piece is if the mold we have has broken. Many of our molds are antique and can produce only so many pieces and when they're gone - they're gone.

Can I return my ceramic confection?
Please choose carefully,  we do not accept any returns because we paint to order and then have you re-confirm what you want.

We ship via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested.
